• Leadership skills and proven experience from Supervisors to Manager position
• Ability to work in and manage a team
• Business oriented and able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem solving capability
• Openness to change and reactiveness
• Well organized and focused on continuous improvement - there is always a better way!
• Strong Supply Chain orientation
• Capability to support and teach at all levels
• Excellent planning and execution capabilities
